Reinforce Potential CIC provides skilled support for creative and dynamic people with ADHD through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme . I first engaged with them as a client and later became their consultant, supporting them with IT, website operations, and workflow design.

The organisation was managing outdated email systems that failed to save drafts and five to seven separate apps across a team of five subcontractors. This created complexity, access challenges, and data protection risks. Website issues with outdated scheduling and messaging tools further disrupted client communication. Despite strong team collaboration, the digital environment caused unnecessary stress.

Over one and a half months, I interviewed all core team members. I migrated them into Google Workspace, moving five years of historic emails and transferring Dropbox data into Google Drive with access controls. I fixed outdated WordPress tools and advised on domain hosting. I also trained the team in Google Docs, Calendar, and Meet, enabling live collaboration and smoother scheduling. Importantly, I enabled GDPR-secure AI transcription in Google Workspace, ensuring meeting notes were generated without compromising client data. This freed a dedicated note-taker to contribute strategically while improving client experience through consistent, automatic summaries.

The organisation reduced its tools from seven to two, cut costs, and improved data security. Team stress dropped, productivity rose, and customers received quicker responses, live collaboration, and automatic notes. The team valued the results and experience working with me so highly that they worked to retain me — shifting from a four-hour to a one-hour monthly retainer to ensure ongoing access.

By simplifying systems and strengthening compliance, Reinforce Potential CIC enhanced both staff wellbeing and client service. This sustainable setup helps them focus more fully on their mission: enabling neurodivergent individuals to realise their potential.
