Services and client agreements

These terms govern use of this website. They do not, by themselves, create an agreement to provide paid services.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a booking does not guarantee availability or acceptance of work. Scope, fees, payment arrangements and applicable service terms will be confirmed before you commit.

Paid services are governed by the relevant client agreement, statement of work and any applicable schedules. Those documents take precedence over these website terms on matters relating to the services, subject to your statutory rights.

Changes to this website do not amend an existing client agreement or transfer an agreement previously entered into with Cezary Myszkowski as a sole trader.

Website use

You are welcome to use this website to explore services, read resources and contact me.

Please do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website security or use its features for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Website information

Public articles, resources and examples provide general information. They are not a tailored assessment of your circumstances.

Reasonable care is taken when preparing content, but information may become outdated or contain errors. Please contact hello@cmysz.com if you notice an issue.

Case studies and testimonials describe particular experiences. They do not guarantee the same outcome for another client. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for misleading statements or affects information that forms part of a contract under applicable law.

Prices and consumer rights

Prices apply to the scope and conditions stated alongside them. Consumer-facing prices include VAT and other unavoidable charges where applicable. Prices exclusive of VAT will be clearly identified.

The total price, or the basis for calculating it, will be explained before you commit.

If you purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Any applicable cancellation information will be provided before you enter into a paid contract. Booking a call or using this website does not waive a statutory cancellation right.

Intellectual property

Website content belongs to CMYSZ Limited or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view content, share links and print or download reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business reference. Please retain ownership notices and do not present the material as your own.

Republication, resale or commercial distribution requires the relevant owner’s permission unless permitted by law. Resources supplied under separate usage terms are governed by those terms.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond any relationship expressly described.

Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement.

Information you provide

Please provide accurate information and share only material you are authorised to disclose.

Passwords, payment card details and unnecessary sensitive information should not be submitted through general enquiry forms. Please contact me to arrange a suitable method of sharing them.

Non-public business information provided during a genuine enquiry will be handled with reasonable care and confidence. It may be shared with authorised personnel or advisers who need it to respond, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.

Sending information does not transfer ownership or give permission for its publication as marketing material.

Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using this website does not, by itself, provide consent to marketing or optional tracking technologies.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their content and availability are outside the company’s control. This does not exclude responsibility for the company’s own use of a provider or its contractual and data protection obligations.

Material affiliate or commercial relationships will be disclosed alongside the relevant recommendation.

For consumers, the company remains responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, where required by law.

For business users, the company excludes liability arising from website use for indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill, only to the extent lawful and reasonable.

Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.

Changes and governing law

Updated terms will be published on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively amend existing rights or separate client agreements.

These terms are governed by Scots law. For business users, the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections and rights to bring proceedings in other courts available to them by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
