Media & Speaking
For conversations about technology, systems, neurodiversity, communication, and the human side of modern work.
Introduction
I help businesses and busy people improve how they work, communicate, and navigate technology — with a focus on clarity, practicality, and human-centred thinking.
My background spans strategy, operations, user research, digital transformation, accessibility, information technology, and event production. I currently work across consulting, research, and education and have studied Cognitive Science at the University of Edinburgh.
I aim to make difficult ideas understandable without oversimplifying them. Particularly when discussing the realities of neurodivergent work, the hidden complexity behind “simple” technology, or the emotional side of modern systems and communication.
