Total Timeline: ~2-3 Months

Phase 1: Discovery & Diagnosis

We begin by understanding where you are now. This phase includes:

• Interviews with key stakeholders

• Reviewing current systems, tools, and processes

• Identifying bottlenecks, pain points, and hidden inefficiencies

• Clarifying your goals, constraints, and team dynamics

This phase ends with a clear picture of what’s working, what isn’t, and why.

Phase 2: Design & Recommendation

Next, we turn insights into action. In this phase, I:

• Synthesise the findings into key themes

• Design solutions tailored to your goals and context

• Recommend tools, systems, or process changes

• Prioritise initiatives based on impact and feasibility

You’ll receive a practical roadmap you can act on immediately, whether we implement together or you continue independently.

Phase 3: Implementation & Support

I support you through the changes to make sure they land. Depending on your needs, this may include:

• Setting up systems or automations

• Training your team or writing documentation

• Co-creating workflows, policies, or client experiences

• Iterating based on what’s working in practice

My role is to make sure ideas become reality – and that they actually stick.
